Mr. Soock has 20 years' experience in both technical and capital markets roles. He is currently the VP IR & Development at Heliostar Metals. Mr. Soock spent five years at operating mines then eight years as a sell-side research analyst covering growth and development companies in the junior precious metals space. He has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, is a CFA Charterholder, and a Brendan Woods ranked analyst.
President & Director
With over 16 years of experience in the mining, metals and minerals industry, Mr. Ghouralal is currently the Director of Technical Services at Silver Storm Mining as a Qualified Person (QP). He has a strong background in technical service delivery, technical operations, and financial analysis to support strategic planning and corporate advisory initiatives. Mr. Ghouralal's experience covers effective strategies for project evaluation, investment planning, and capital allocation in the mining sector.
Director
Mrs. Owens has over 10 years of experience in geology, corporate, financial and legal roles, having held roles at Golder Associates, Agnico Eagle's Meadowbank Mine, and at Groia & Co (securities litigation). She was the President at E2 Gold, running field programs and corporate outreach. Mrs. Owens is currently Financial Manager for Auramet and holds a J.D. and M.Sc. (Geology) from Western University and a B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of Waterloo.
